What KitchenCrew is

KitchenCrew helps restaurant teams order from their suppliers without writing every email by hand. You upload the price lists and catalogs your suppliers already send you, connect your mailbox, and describe what you need in plain language. KitchenCrew splits the list by supplier, matches the products against your catalogs, and drafts one order email per supplier from your own address.

What you can do with it

• Upload supplier catalogs as a PDF or as a photo of a printed list.
• Connect your inbox so that drafts are created in your own mailbox.
• Place orders in chat, including quantities for several suppliers in one message.
• Check, edit, accept, or delete every draft before anything is sent.
• Follow ordered volume and spend across suppliers and months.

Who it is for

KitchenCrew is made for restaurants, bistros, and hotel kitchens in Switzerland that order from several suppliers by email. It focuses on supplier order emails. It does not replace a point-of-sale (POS) system or a full inventory tool, and it does not send anything without your approval.

Who builds it
